Order Processing

All orders received will go through a 2-3 business day processing time. This allows all funds to be completely deposited to move on to the shipping process.


All orders are shipped via USPS ( United States Postal Service) once the order process has been cleared. Typically once orders have been shipped delivery should be expected 3-4 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout along with a tracking number.

Currently we do not ship internationally and only ship to the continental United States.


All sales are FINAL. Please note that each person's sense of smell is different. We try our best to describe each fragrance that our products are scented with and we do not accept returns based on scent.

If your order arrives damaged immediately contact us via email countrycharmcandlco@gmail.com explaining the situation along with your customer information. If possible pictures of the damaged products/packaging would be greatly appreciated and will help us determine a solution.

 Each return claim will be handled on an individual basis.

 It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of the ingredients that we use to formulate our products. Nut oils and butters are/may be used as ingredients in some products that we offer. Although we try to keep these ingredients separate, they may come in contact with products that do not contain these ingredients.

We are a small handcrafted business, therefore products may slightly vary from batch to batch.
